General Fitness Assessment
A thorough musculoskeletal examination to assess strength, flexibility, endurance, core strength and postural alignment.
Pre-Season Sports
In addition to the General Fitness assessment this tool is used to help the athlete prepare for their particular sport to achieve success while reducing injury.
Berg Balance
Could you be at risk for a fall? The Berg Balance scale will test your balance and determine your fall risk level.
Running Form
Find out practical ways to improve your running form and reduce risk of injury. May be performed outside or on a treadmill
