The Stay Fit Running Club aims to provide support and motivation for every level runner. We can help you run a 5K, 10K even if you have
never run before. We meet every Saturday at 7 a.m. for our group run, run/walk or walk With lots of support and motivation to go around, our recommended weekly schedules and periodic lectures are designed to get you to the finish line!
