Long & Strong This class is designed to focus on equal amounts of strengthening and stretching. Strengthening utilizing weights, resistance bands, and gravity. Stretching with a focus on proper form.
Movin' Forward This class is specifically designed for individuals who are at least 25 lbs. overweight. * Must have physician's approval
Pilates w/ Props Expand your horizons and practice Pilates using foam rollers, Bosus, Swiss and other fitness balls. This will add variety and challenge to your core workout.
Pilates-Signature Learn the basic Mat Pilates with focus on proper form and mechanics to reach your core goals injury-free.

Senior Fitness This class is specifically designed for senior adults to improve posture, core strength, balance and overall conditioning & mobility.

Strong Bones An exercise class that targets bone health and helps you fight Osteoporosis. Come for the FUN and stay for the BENEFIT of stronger bones.
Swiss Ball Core Join this fun class as we use the Swiss ball to work the muscles of the core, and strengthen both arms and legs, while working on balance and coordination.
