Denise Gruensfelder

Denise earned her Physical Therapy degree from Saint Louis University in 1987.  She has 20 years of clinical experience and spent 10 years at a local hospital, where she developed expertise in orthopedics, sports medicine, acute care, home health and neuro-rehabilitation.  Denise joined Stay Fit in 2007 and enjoys working with her clients to help them reduce pain, promote healing, improve movement patterns, and gain flexibility and strength to assist them in achieving their goals.  

She is a longstanding member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the Illinois Physical Therapy Association.

Denise and her husband Bob reside in Mount Prospect with their three sons. She enjoys spending time with her family, running, biking and reading.
