Lisa Rouske

Lisa is a licensed massage therapist with over 15 years of experience.  She received her degree from the National Holistic Institute in Emeryville, CA, just outside of San Francisco. She has been a part of the Stay Fit team since 2008 and has a strong desire to help others improve their overall health and wellness.

Lisa currently resides in Mount Prospect and has two boys. She enjoys running and spending time with her family.
