Colette Plantz

Colette began working at Stay Fit as a receptionist in August, 2007 and now has two roles at Stay Fit.  Colette enjoys using her creativity in the clinic’s communications department.  Managing the Stay Fit Web site, creating and sending    e-blast and designing flyers and banners to promote Stay Fit are just a few of her tasks. Just recently she accepted the role as Wellness Coordinator; she looks forward to overseeing this important part of Stay Fit.

Colette is an avid runner and helped launch the Stay Fit running club in 2008.  With 35+ years of running experience, several marathons & half marathons under her belt, she hopes to continue running for years to come.

She lives in Des Plaines with her husband Dan and 16 year old daughter. Colette has 3 grown & married children and 3 grandchildren that bring her much joy.
