Diana Sahakian

Diana founded Stay Fit in 2006, inspired by her father, a plastic surgeon.  She pursued a medical career and earned a Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy from Northwestern University Medical School. She also received her Master of Science in Counseling in 1997. 

Prior to opening Stay Fit, Diana worked as a staff clinical director in outpatient orthopedics.  Diana has over 12 years of clinical experience.

Diana is a longstanding member of the American Physical Therapy Association, Private Practice Section and the Illinois Physical Therapy Association. She is also an active member of the Mount Prospect Chamber of Commerce and the Downtown Merchants Association. 

Diana is married to Rafi and has two boys, Micah and Benjamin. She enjoys reading and running. Her goal in life is to honor the Lord in all she does.
