Monika Kurowska

Monika Kurowska Was born in Poland where she earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Geology. Following college she moved to Chicago where she discovered a passion for personal training and fitness education. In 2006 she become a Certified Personal trainer and continued her education to become a teacher in many different classes like Spin, Yoga, Pilates Reformer, Pilates Mat, Zumba, Aqua Aerobics and now Piloxing.

She lives in Des Plaines with her 3 year old daughter Gabriela. Her goal is to help people to get healthier and would like to continue her education on day to become Physical Therapy Assistant.
