Running Club
The Stay Fit Running Club aims to provide support and motivation for every level runner, especially for beginners. We can help you run a 5K, 10K, half-marathon or even a marathon, even if you have never run before. We typically meet every Saturday at 7 a.m. for our group run – with lots of support and motivation to go around – and recommended weekly schedules and periodic lectures are provided as well.
Membership in the Stay Fit running club is complimentary and includes supervision by a licensed physical therapist, running support by an experienced runner of 30+ years, an individual running form assessment performed by a physical therapist*.
Running Club will continue until November 1, 2008.
* Fee applies for Running Form Assessment.
