All classes at Stay Fit are developed and taught by licensed physical therapists.
Introducing Customized Class Packs
Class Pricing
Individual class $14
2-12 classes - $12 per class
13+ classes - $10 per class
Minimum 5/Maximum 10 participants for all classes.
Registration Policies
1. Sign up for a full session and secure your spot in that class.
2. All class packs must be used within the session that they are purchased.
3. Single classes are sold as class space permits and must be used within the session that they are purchased.
Make-up Policies
1. Please let the front desk know as soon as possible if you are unable to attend your class.
2. If you miss a class, you may make it up in another class as long as space allows.
3. Make-ups can be arranged with the front desk.
4. Make-ups are not guaranteed and must be used in the same session.
Proper Attire
1. Long, Capri, or short-length exercise attire may be worn, but should fit tight enough for the instructor to observe correct form.
2. Shoes are appropriate for cardio classes; socks are preferred for hygiene for other classes.
