Stay Fit offers two type of fitness memberships in a private studio setting.  We have our facility set up to maximize one-on-one attention by our professional staff.  Each membership comes with a free monthly coaching session designed to help you meet your goals - injury free.

Our motto is "Get Fit, Stay Fit", and we stand behind that. Sign up for our Bronze or Silver Membership and make a commitment to a healthier you. Our fitness gym offers a wide variety of state of the art equipment.  The environment is pleasant and you will soon feel at home here at Stay Fit. Stop by and check it out.

Our most popular membership! This membership gives you all of the amazing benefits of the Bronze, with the addition of UNLIMITED CLASSES! If you have been to any of our classes you know what all of the buzz is about! Our classes are effective, exciting & get the job done. Personal Training

Stay Fit Personal Training is a custom designed program specifically for you.  The program includes diverse exercise routines simple enough to follow, yet effective to meet your goals.  The series of unique exercises are specifically assigned to avoid plateaus and boredom.  Your progress is evaluated and documented during each session.  Our personal trainers hold national certifications and are skilled in providing personalized programs to help meet your needs. Sessions may be purchased in single or multiple packs.

 

One-on-One Training


Clients receive uninterrupted one-on-one time with a certified personal trainer. Upon your initial visit the following items will be determined:

  • Complete Health Check-in

  • Dietary habits

  • Personalized exercises

  • Sports Performance

 

Sports-specific


Sport-specific conditioning provides you with the same great personalized approach to fitness, simply with the needs of your sport in mind. Our trainers will help you develop sport-specific strength and power through tailored programs to meet your goals for pre-season, in-season, or post-season

 

Weight Loss


Weight management remains an essential component to a healthy lifestyle.  At Stay Fit, you will receive exhilarating and challenging strength training sessions to help you shed those unwanted  pounds. You will be provided with a personalized cardio program to help you determine appropriate intensity and calorie goals. 

 

3-Day PASS

Our 3-day pass is a free 3-day silver membership which gives you access to our gym and unlimited fitness classes!

The pass can only be used 3 consecutive days in a row and its for new class clients only.
