Receptionist (Part Time)


We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our company. Our Receptionist’s duties include offering administrative support across the organization. You will welcome guests and greet people who visit the business. You will coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence and redirecting phone calls. To be successful as a Receptionist, you should have a pleasant personality, as this is also a customer service role. You should be able to deal with emergencies in a timely and effective manner, while streamlining office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential for this position. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus. Ultimately, a Receptionist’s duties and responsibilities are to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively, and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

Working hours:

Mo/Wed/Fri: 8am - 1pm
Tue/Thu: 10am - 1pm

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office

  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and offic

  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls

  • Ensure reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary stationery and material (e.g. pens, forms and brochures

  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/emai

  • Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries

  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk (monitor logbook, issue visitor badges)

  • Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock

  • Update calendars and schedule meetings

  • Arrange travel and accommodations, and prepare vouchers

  • Complete documentation on a timely matter

  • Keep updated records of office expenses and costs

  • Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, transcribing and faxing


Qualifications:

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist, Front Office Representative or similar role

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers)

  • Professional attitude and appearance

  • Solid written and verbal communication skills

  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise

  • Excellent organizational skills

  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks

  • Customer service attitude

  • High school degree; additional certification in Office Management is a plus

Massage Therapist (Part Time)


We are looking to recruit a professional Massage Therapist to provide our guests with a wide range of massage services. The Massage Therapist will consult with guests to screen them for underlying conditions, and to assist with selecting appropriate services. You will perform massages in a manner that prevents injuries to your wrists and other parts of your body. You will assist guests with inquiries, and explain treatments and packages in a courteous manner.

To ensure success you need to assist guests with selecting the most appropriate services for their needs, be skilled at performing massages and ensure guest retention. Preferred candidates are friendly, guest-oriented and dexterous.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Attending and participating in meetings and training sessions

  • Ensuring clean, safe and well-organized facility

  • Setting up workstations, and ensuring cleanliness and tidiness throughout shift

  • Assisting with keeping linens clean and tidy, and replacing them between sessions

  • Sterilizing equipment

  • Accompanying guests to and from treatment rooms

  • Consulting with clients to identify appropriate massage services

  • Providing massage services listed in brochure

  • Maintaining records and filing documentation

  • Complying with all applicable standards, rules and regulations


Qualifications:

  • High school diploma, GED, or suitable equivalent

  • Preferred 6+ months work experience as a massage therapist

  • Proficient knowledge of reflexology, Swedish, prenatal, hot stone, trigger point, sports and deep tissue massage

  • Proficient computer skills

  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Excellent people skills

  • Well-groomed, professional appearance

  • Dexterous and able to stand for extended periods

  • Comfortable with performing massages on diverse clients

Physical Therapist (Part Time)


Stay Fit is seeking exceptionally talented individuals to join the physical therapy team. Work a set schedule of 15-20 hours.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide services to patients/clients who have impairments, functional limitations, disabilities, or changes in physical function and health status

  • Consult, educate, engage in health education and wellness

  • Manage daily schedule efficiently

  • Complete documentation on a timely matter

  • Work together as a team to provide overall health and wellness to patients

Personal Trainer


Our busy, growing gym is in need of a Personal Trainer to take over mentoring and fitness guidance sessions with our clients. The successful applicant will not only be responsible for taking on existing clients based on need, but also for soliciting new business and teaching gym members about the benefits of personal training. We’re looking for a motivated individual with sales experience who can help us establish a competitive edge in our area. We focus on injury prevention, weight loss and helping clients achieve optimal wellness and empower them with the tools to succeed in their journey to stay fit for life. We incorporate movement, exercise, fitness, wellness and nutrition education to deliver comprehensive care to our clients.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Assume the responsibility of training existing clients who are interested in increasing their fitness levels and losing weight

  • Provide clients with safe, reasonable exercises that they can perform in the gym as well as at home

  • Talk to members of the gym about their goals and introduce them to our personal training package

  • Lead group fitness classes when necessary

  • Advise clients about important safety concerns and demonstrate exercises or maneuvers as needed


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology or related field preferred

  • Personal training or group training certification required

  • Must have current, valid CPR and First Aid certifications

  • 1+ years’ experience in personal training or group fitness instruction

  • Ability to perform exercises and movements as demonstrations for clients

  • Sales experience a plus
