Carrot Fries

Ingredients:

 

1 pound fresh carrots, cut into 1/2-inch sticks

2 teaspoons olive oil

1/2 teaspoon salt

Seasonings of choice: garlic herb, barbecue, salt & pepper ect.

 

Cook Time: 1-hour or until golden brown

 

Directions:

 

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

Take whole carrots and peel them

Cut off both ends to ensure the carrots are cleaned

Cut carrots into smaller and thinner pieces to resemble a "french fry" look

Spread in a layer on a cookie sheet

Drizzle and toss with olive oil

Sprinkle with your favorite seasoning

Bake for approximately 1-hour or until golden brown
