Meet Your Head Coach

Diana

Hi. I’m Diana Sahakian, a physical therapist with 20 years of experience, counsellor and business owner for 15 years. My own struggle with chronic pain and movement asymmetries and my journey to overcome physical challenges made me passionate about helping and empowering individuals to develop strategies to improve their health, wellness, exercise, eating, weight and stress management as well as emotional well-being.

 

I know that we lead busy and chaotic lives where we run ourselves down and wear ourselves out. We experience injuries, lack motivation and stop believing in what our bodies were meant to do. I’m here to guide you from assessing your current physical and emotional state to setting goals for your health and wellness and creating actions steps to achieve them.

 

Whether you’re a leader or stay-at-home mom, I’ll help you fulfill your potential through mindset and behavior change from a Christian perspective.

Lisa Harman, Personal Trainer

Lisa has been part of the Stay Fit team since 2006. She is a licensed Massage Therapist with 25 years of experience. Five years ago, Lisa earned her licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant and Certified Personal Trainer and enjoys wearing all these hats at Stay Fit.

 

Lisa is also a Certified Health and Nutrition Coach with a desire to help her clients fulfill their personal health and wellness goals by coaching them through movement, nutrition education and implement healthy lifestyle habits by using Stay Fit’s 5 Principle Method. 

 

Lisa lives with her husband in Glenview and enjoys working out, traveling and spending quality time with family and friends.
